EPDM is a durable synthetic rubber membrane known for long service life and weather resistance. Often installed as fully adhered, mechanically attached, or ballasted systems.
PVC single-ply membranes offer excellent chemical and fire resistance — a strong choice for restaurants, manufacturing, and buildings with rooftop grease or chemical exposure.
Asphalt-based modified bitumen systems are built for low-slope commercial roofs. Layered, tough, and well-suited to buildings with heavy foot traffic.
Standing seam and panel metal roofs often have years of life left in them. We assess seams, fasteners, and substrate, then recommend restoration or coating where it makes sense.
Conklin coating and restoration systems renew qualifying existing roofs — protecting the building and avoiding the disruption and cost of a full tear-off.
The majority of commercial roofs in Mid-Michigan are flat or low-slope. We handle the full range of systems found on warehouses, retail centers, churches, and office buildings.
